Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and transact. Sellers must possess valid licenses for the products they list. Prime Agro India reserves the right to verify submitted information and suspend accounts for false or misleading data.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to the Prime Agro India support team.

4. Product Listings and Recommendations

Prime Agro India offers agricultural inputs, tools, and related products through its platform. Product details are provided by vendors, and Prime Agro India is not responsible for inaccuracies. Users are advised to verify product suitability before making a purchase or acting on recommendations.

5. Payments and Transactions

Payments can be made via UPI, online banking, credit/debit cards, or cash on delivery (where applicable). All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. Prime Agro India does not store payment details. In case of payment issues, users should contact their respective banks.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product availability. Estimated delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Undelivered shipments due to incorrect information may incur additional charges.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Return, refund, and cancellation policies may vary depending on the product and seller. Users should check individual product policies before purchase. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

8. Retailer and Farmer Support Program

Prime Agro India may offer support programs for retailers and farmers, including product suggestions, marketing assistance, and training. Participation is voluntary and governed by separate terms and guidelines.

9. User Conduct

Users must not engage in illegal activities, post misleading information, misuse the platform, or attempt to breach security features. Use of automated tools or software to extract data from the platform is strictly prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Prime Agro India. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is not permitted.

11. Limitation of Liability

Prime Agro India acts as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for product quality, delivery issues, or disputes. Except as required by law, any direct, indirect, or consequential losses are not the responsibility of the platform.

12. Privacy Policy

User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell personal information to third parties without user consent, except as required by law.

13. Termination of Services

Prime Agro India reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for violations of these terms. Users may also request account deactivation by contacting support.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. All disputes will be attempted to be resolved amicably prior to arbitration. Jurisdiction lies with courts in Indore.

15. Compliance with Indian E-Commerce and Agricultural Laws

Prime Agro India complies with relevant Indian laws including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Legal Metrology Act, 2009. Vendors must ensure compliance with all product labelling, pricing, and safety norms. Prime Agro India reserves the right to remove listings violating applicable laws.

16. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after such changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Legal Jurisdiction

Any dispute or legal matter related to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. By using this website, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

Prime Agro India is an online platform facilitating agricultural product recommendations and vendor connections. We do not manufacture, stock, or directly sell any chemical-based fertilizer or pesticide from our own brand. All such products listed are sold and delivered directly by verified third-party vendors who hold proper government licenses. We are not liable for product quality, legal compliance, or usage beyond the scope of the supplier’s certification.
